Refund policy
Night Blooms candles may be returned within 3 days of the item's confirmed delivery. Due to sanitary and legal reasons, the items must be absolutely unused. We undergo a thorough inspection of all returned products before granting any refund or exchange. Returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees will also be deducted from the final refund.
If you find that your item contains manufactural defects, please contact us with a description and detailed photographs of the issue.
Other Night Blooms items may be returned within 14 days, provided that they are in original condition with packaging in tact.
How To Exchange An Item
If your item is in unused, new condition, you may exchange it for a different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will still have to pay return shipping each way.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the order.
Your must return the item postmarked within 3 days of delivery.

2. Include the word EXCHANGE and your order number in the subject line.
3. Please provide us with a brief description of why you would like to exchange the item, and detailed photographs showing that the item is in new and unused condition.
if your exchange is accepted we will provide you with a return address.
After your item is received and inspected, we will grant you an exchange or refund minus the above listed costs.
